Goodie Food Inc. ("Goodie Food", "we", "us", "our") operates goodiefoodinc.com and provides the customer-facing food-service program described in this Privacy Policy. Goodie Food is the data controller responsible for your information. Our software and SMS messaging are operated on our behalf by our technology partner MyApps LLC (myappsdomain.com), an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) that processes data only as our service provider under written agreement. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly when you place an order, sign up for an account, contact us, or opt in to receive messages. This may include:

Name, email address, and mailing address
Mobile phone number (when you opt in to SMS)
Order details and payment information (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us)
Communications you send us

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use our websites (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

To process and deliver your orders
To send you order updates, delivery notifications, and account messages
To respond to your questions and provide customer support
To improve our services and prevent fraud

3. SMS / Text Messaging

We never sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for our text messaging program are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party for marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or affiliate purposes, under any circumstances. The only parties that ever see your phone number are: (a) Goodie Food Inc., (b) our software and SMS operations partner MyApps LLC, and (c) our SMS carrier Twilio, each strictly to deliver the messages you opted in to receive.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us (for example, order confirmations and delivery updates from Goodie Food Inc.), we will use your phone number only to send messages related to the program you opted into.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the address below. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. See our SMS Terms for full details.

Service providers we use to deliver SMS (such as Twilio) process your phone number on our behalf solely to transmit messages. They are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

No lead generation. We do not engage in lead generation, and SMS phone numbers are never used to enrich third-party marketing databases or shared with affiliate marketers.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate our services:

Service providers who help us run the business — including MyApps LLC (software platform and SMS operations), Twilio (SMS message delivery), and providers for payment processing, hosting, email, and analytics — under written agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to Goodie Food.
Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers — if we sell or transfer the business, your information may transfer with it.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Order records are typically retained for tax and audit purposes.

6. Your Choices

SMS: Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access / deletion: Contact us to request a copy of your information or to delete your account.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong password and protect your account.

8. Children

Goodie Food Inc.'s services are intended for parents, guardians, and school staff. Accounts and SMS opt-in must be created by a person 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information or SMS opt-in consent from children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Where students are end consumers of meals, account-holding adults manage their accounts on their behalf. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
