SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Goodie Food Inc. ("Goodie Food", "we", "us", "our"), the food-service provider you have a customer relationship with at goodiefoodinc.com. Our SMS program is implemented and delivered on our behalf by our technology partner MyApps LLC (myappsdomain.com), an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) that operates messaging infrastructure for Goodie Food via Twilio under Twilio's A2P 10DLC framework. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Goodie Food Inc. will send you transactional and account-related SMS messages, including order confirmations, order-cutoff reminders (e.g., "place tomorrow's order before 9 PM"), delivery updates, low-wallet-balance alerts, and customer-service replies. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in to a marketing program.

Messages are sent from a 10-digit U.S. long code (10DLC) registered to Goodie Food Inc. Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to SMS by checking the SMS consent checkbox on the account signup or checkout form at goodiefoodinc.com. The checkbox is unchecked by default and includes the program name (Goodie Food Inc.), message frequency, message-and-data-rates disclosure, STOP/HELP instructions, and links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may also opt in by texting a keyword we provide to our number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Goodie Food Inc. Opt-in is always voluntary.

By opting in, you provide your express written consent under the TCPA to receive autodialed SMS messages from Goodie Food Inc. at the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per order.

7. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you messages. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

8. Supported Carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.

10. Eligibility

SMS opt-in and account creation are intended for parents, guardians, and school staff. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have authorization from the account holder. We do not knowingly collect SMS opt-in consent from children under 13. Where students are end consumers of meals, account-holding adults manage their accounts on their behalf.

11. Changes

We may modify or cancel the SMS program or these terms at any time. We will post any changes here with an updated date.
